Formerly a florist, The Mayflower is located in a beautiful old art deco building, and pay’s homage to the site’s rich botanical history, while giving diners a full sensory experience. Post-pandemic, the owners decided to go full tilt, rather than ‘pare back’ and have created a space adorned with floral artworks by various artists, and a feature mural by artist Andrew Dennis. The food and drinks are also enticing, with each dish also a work of art, on a plate. Choose from a menu featuring a pretty French Toast with Cointreau curd, Tuna Tartare with citrus soy dressing, and one of the best Eggs Benedict in Sydney!
