BridgeMuseum | Sydney

Want to find out more about the iconic structure spanning our harbour, the world-renowned Sydney Harbour Bridge? Well, there’s only one place to go – BridgeMuseum.

BridgeMuseum, located in the southeast pylon of the bridge itself, is an entertaining and interactive look at the history – the why, the who and the how of this incredible feat of engineering.

Highlights include the Balance Beam, where you can test your nerve by seeing what it would have felt like as a worker on the bridge in the days before the safety harness, and an all-encompassing, 360-degree cinema experience charting the building of the bridge, the changes in Sydney over the years and how it has become ingrained in our psyche.

And just as impressive is the Skyhouse, the top floor and viewing platform where you can get breathtaking views across the harbour in both directions. And on Thursday and Friday evenings you can enjoy an ‘After Hours’ with drinks, canapes and that iconic, impressive view.

See a part of the Bridge and its history as you’ve never seen before at BridgeMuseum.
