The accommodation is jaw-dropping. Completely refurbished shipping containers have been turned into spectacular luxury accommodation, with huge windows looking into the bush and all the five-star comforts you could want or need. One of the shipping containers even contains a mineral pool for a swim under the outback stars.
The food is just as superb, with Angie serving up a range of delectable dishes based on produce from the farm – saltbush arancini balls, grass-fed merino lamb fillets with salsa verde and Eton mess made with homemade lemon curd and candied peel from homegrown lemons. It’s a gourmet delight in the outback!
And if you fancy trying your hand as a farmhand, you can head out to the paddocks with Mike and Chip the dog to experience working life on the farm. Then finish with a glass of bubbles at the lookout as the sun goes down.
