Matty heads to Four Pillars Laboratory in Surry Hills for a Cocktail Making Masterclass before heading to Eileen’s- the Four Pillars gin bar next door – to try one of their signature gin cocktails made with their International Award Winning Gin.
He then heads down the road to Redfern, to Atomic Beer Project where the beer is brewed right there at the bar at this cool new boutique brewery. Matty gets a crash course in their best ales from Atomic’s head brewer, Nick, before enjoying some Thai-fusion pub food…washed down with a beer of course!
