Decadent Dining

Looking for a pre-show meal to get you in the mood for Disney’s Beauty and the Beast? Well Luke’s Kitchen at the Kimpton Margot Hotel Sydney has designed the perfect menu.

Put together under the watchful eye of super chef Luke Mangan, the dishes are all built around fantastic French flavours and are named for characters and events from the musical. There’s a special kids menu as well, but this menu has something everyone will love.

Start off with Soup De Jour a colourful plate of the soup of the day with a pillowy ravioli, matched with a mighty cheesy garlic brioche. Or there’s the Plummette’s Cups BBQ, leaves of witlof packed with barbecued quail in XO sauce – san choy bow style. And you must try the three-cheese souffle with gruyere, brie and parmesan. Incredibly rich but light as a feather.

Mains include the brilliantly vibrant Bimbette’s Gnocchi, the crisp and crunchy Fish a la Belle and the ultimate comfort food, Beef Cheek Ragu.

And everyone can finish with the Grey Stuff a secretly flavoured ice cream wrapped in profiterole. What can we say but, it’s delicious!
