The ‘Garden of Eden’ depicts a terrestrial, biblical paradise. Today, in
Macquarie Park, lies a modern-day garden oasis, at Eden Gardens. This
incredible garden centre, sprawling across 2.5 acre grounds and featuring
stunning, year-round display gardens and water features, is also the site of an
annual, and very unique art exhibition, Eden Unearthed. Now in its fifth year,
Eden Unearthed features 35 installations, incorporated into the gardens,
created by a diverse range of artists. This exciting exhibition, incorporating
recycled materials, plants and technology, is the largest privately funded
exhibition of its kind, in the country!
Eden gardens is so much more than just a garden centre. Visitors to the centre
can access expert advice, and hands-on garden instructions from the on-site
garden ‘dream, green team’ of people working at the centre who eat, sleep, and
