This fine dining establishment is situated on the top floor of the historical heritage-listed Pavilion building and offers unrivalled harbour views and extraordinary cuisine. Join Candice as she samples some of Sydney’s best seafood, including Crab Toast, a mouth-watering Kingfish Civiche, Bay Bug Linguine and a superb Swordfish Steak. With just enough room for dessert, Candice finishes her Esplanade expedition with a dessert known only as ‘Lemon’; a dish that definitely has to be seen to be believed!
