Future of Foraging

Lots of people think foraging is out of the question living in the city, but if you know the right spots the world is your oyster! Urban Forager Diego Bonetto runs foraging workshops all over Sydney with his rich knowledge of growing up on a dairy farm in northern Italy where he collected the wild produce of the land. Moving to Sydney in the 90’s he noticed the same produce and much more! He works closely with chefs and distillers from PS40, Lumi, Cornersmith, Three Blue Ducks, Archie Rose and Kitchen by Mike. Join him on a foraging workshop, filled with bountiful plants and herbs that can be used in our everyday cooking. You’ll be amazed what you can find on your door step!

Archie Rose Distilling Co. proudly produces a diverse range of internationally awarded whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one- off collaborations, limited releases and spirits experiences.
