Drummoyne’s Bakehouse Cafe & Rossopomodoro

He’s one of AFLs most exciting players, and this weekend he’s letting Luke in on why Sydney’s Inner West is his go-to for food and for fitness!

Toby Greene started his football career with the Greater Western Sydney Giants in 2011. In 2016 he won the club’s Kevin Sheedy Medal, and in 2017 was GWS’s equal leading goal-kicker. After sharing the captaincy in 2022, Toby was named sole captain of the Giants for the 2023 season.

Join Toby and Luke as they stretch their legs along the Inner West’s most popular jogging track. The Bay Run is a mostly-flat, seven kilometre loop that weaves around the shoreline of Iron Cove and Canada Bay, and offers up superb Sydney views.

Drummoyne’s Bakehouse is a family owned business that has been ‘baking with love’ since 1995. The bakery is one of Toby’s favourites, and it’s here the pair partake in a delicious Potato, Steak and Pea Pie, a towering Salami Focaccia, and the Bakehouse’s famous, mouth-watering Custard Brioche!

Just ten minutes away is Toby’s number one pizza restaurant, Rossopomodoro in Balmain. You won’t find any ham and pineapple here, because this family-owned gem is all about authentic Italian flavours with real ingredients. While Toby indulges in his pizza of choice, the delicious Diavola with spicy salami, Luke delights in the Patate e Salsiccia; a sausage and roasted potato pizza, and the show-stopping Nutella Bomb dessert pizza, which has to be seen to be believed!
