Karen’s the lucky presenter who went behind the scenes to see (and taste!) how all of the treats are made. She took a one-hour tour that anyone can do — and it’s an hour you’ll wish was much longer. If you’re a little sweetie, aged 4-14 years, book into the Junior Chocolatier Workshop, where you can get as messy and as chocolate-y as you desire.
For a break from sugar, The Factory Café has some delicious meals for breakfast, brunch and lunch. And then there’s the retail store. We challenge you to walk through it without a purchase. Bet you can’t!
