Called the ‘food of the gods’, chocolate is universally loved, and at Essenze Chocolates, in Sydney’s southern suburb of Caringbah, you can buy a selection of fine, hand-crafted, and award-winning chocolates. And for people keen to go one step further, you can craft your very own bespoke chocolate, just next door at Melt & Make.
At Melt & Make, participants learn the basics of chocolate-making, from tempering and dipping, through to moulding. Taught by expert chocolatiers, with years of experience, people will learn how to differentiate ‘good from bad’ chocolate, and much more about the properties of chocolate and its source- cacao. As well as knowledge, people will leave with their own, handmade chocolate, including a delightful chocolate flower pot!
