The menu is based on French and Italian classics with an Asian twist to some dishes, with the very best local produce at every turn. Try the Seafood tartare – local yellowfin tuna served raw with a roast tomato dressing, or the ever-popular fried zucchini flowers. The lemongrass soy spatchock is also one to watch out for.
If you’re taking in the view from Hyde Hacienda bar and lounge, there’s a different menu with a definite South American tilt. Try the pulled beef tacos, the guac and chips and the pork bao, and if you want to go the extra yard, try a seafood platter. You won’t be disappointed.
