Holidays, and weekends away, are what drives many of us, keeping us sustained through moments of monotony and the dreaded ‘groundhog day’. Well, what if life could be a permanent holiday? At Sunrise Port Stephens, you’ll find just that- a place and environment where existence is one, continual holiday, consisting of endless fun and adventurous moments!

With so many people currently leaving the city, in search of a better life, Sunrise Port Stephens not only offers a choice of exceptionally-built, bespoke designs to choose from, but also a community of like-minded people. While Sunrise has plenty of space and grounds, the feeling is more like a country, or coastal, town. There are plenty of facilities to enjoy, with both an outdoor and indoor pool, lawn bowl and pickle ball greens, a spa and wellness centre, sports bar, plus a huge commercial kitchen and dining area. The opportunities to connect with your Sunrise community, on a social level, are many.

One of the best things about Sunrise Port Stephens is the location, only minutes from Port Stephens and all it has to offer. There are some delightful cafes, including The Little Nel Cafe. An institution in the town, The Little Nel Cafe has been serving up some of the best breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes, in the region, for over a decade. Local seafood features heavily on the menu, much of it sourced from the local fish co-op, just down the road.

If it’s an adventure you seek, head straight to the Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters, just down the road in Anna Bay, where you can swim with not only stingrays, but sharks as well! Newly renovated, the centre features a range of open-air lagoon pools, literally teeming with life. The largest pool features an abundance of life that you can both feed, and snorkel with including the infamous ‘gigantor’ shark! There are also shallow pool encounters where you can hand feed both stingrays and sharks. Irankandji offers encounters that you are guaranteed never to forget!
