A restaurant and a bar, The Butler offers diners not only exciting Mexican fusion cuisine, but some of the best city views in town! Entering from the street level, you descend down the stairs to a stunning secret, sun-filled courtyard overlooking Sydney’s striking city scape. Head Chef Amber Doig draws on classic Mexican flavours, while infusing flavours from other parts of the world. Go-to dishes include the Ōra King salmon with nashi pear, nasturtium & xnipec, and the sautéed cuttlefish with pork sangrita, guajillo, lime A.P. sourdough. If you like to share dishes, the 12hr Wagyu short rib & shank in adobo, cured then simmered in aromatic consommé, and served with savoury pickles & warm corn tortillas is a great dish for groups.

Before, or after a meal, make sure you head straight to Juanita’s Bar upstairs where you can enjoy margaritas, served three ways, and a range of other hand-crafted cocktails, as well as a selection of premium wine and beer.
