Bistro Red Lion by Manu

One of our favourite TV Chefs, Hosts and judges from My Kitchen Rules is back in the kitchen himself with his new inner west bistro.

Manu Feildel has opened Bistro Red Lion by Manu in the 196-year-old Red Lion Hotel in Rozelle.

The restaurant seeks to recreate the warm feeling of a classic French bistro, in style and ambience. Located upstairs, in this old-school pub, the bistro offers many authentic French dishes, including house-made chicken liver pate, served with croutons and pickled shallots. Signature mains include a Wagyu striploin MB6+, best served with a side of Paris mash, and the papillote of flathead and vongole ‘a la provencale’, cooked and served in a paper bag, sealing all the delicious juice inside.

Bistro Red Lion by Manu really is a little slice of Paris and France, in the heart of Sydney’s inner west.
