Brunch at Tramsheds

Brunch has got to be the best meal of the weekend, and the Tramsheds in Glebe just the place to find a super brunch menu just for you.

If you like to mix the sweet and the savoury, head to Garcon for superb French themed food with the odd Asian twist. On the sweet side of the ledger are the crepes, cooked to order form the crepe station outside, and smothered with you choice of toppings. The strawberry, banana and Nutella ones are hard to beat. Same goes with the French toast with berry compote.

On the savoury side, we tried the scrambled eggs with poached salmon and the signature soft poached eggs with avocado and togarashi. Divine.

Down the ramp past the tram is Gazzi, which serves classic dishes with Mediterranean flair and a focus on healthy eating.

The breakfasts are something else. Try the Mediterranean Breakfast with halloumi, roast tomato, grilled zucchini and pomegranate seeds, or the Protein Brekkie with minute steak, poached eggs, roast mushrooms, spinach and sweet potato.

The ultra-healthy option is the Superfood Salad – quinoa, broccoli, sweet potato and chick peas with a sensational tahini yoghurt sauce. This food will make you glow.

Two different menus, two different brunch experience, but under the one roof. All aboard to Tramsheds!
