Located next door to The Endeavour, the Brew Bar is a small- scale, six hundred litre brew house producing over ten craft beers on site in one of the oldest buildings in The Rocks. The beers are brewed using all-Australian and seasonal ingredients and zero preservatives. The Brew Bar is also where you can enjoy a range of delicious light snacks, and small plates for sharing, while you sample the sensational selection of craft beers.
If cocktails are more your style then Hacienda – just across the harbour in the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour – is where you’ll find an extensive cocktail and drinks menu, not to mention killer harbour views! With ceiling-to-floor glass window, spanning the entire restaurant and bar, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views of the harbour and the iconic Harbour Bridge. The décor is inspired by Havana, Cuba, and Miami, with plenty of greenery and pastels, and the menu features a range of tasty bar snacks from tacos, to mojito sliders.
