Felons Brewing Co, founded in Brisbane, has taken up residence at Manly Wharf, and they sure are making waves! Divided into two parts, Felons Brewing Co. is a brewery, and casual dining eatery, with tables inside, and outside – both the deck and wharf, where you literally float above the water. For an elevated dining experience of a different kind, just wander next door to Felons Seafood.
At the helm of the open kitchen is Luke Bourke, the SMH Good Food Guide’s 2025 Young Chef of the Year. Boasting strong relationships with local seafood suppliers, the menu is seafood-heavy, with many nostalgic nods to the past. Luke also draws upon his indigenous heritage, using many native ingredients on his ever-changing menu. Highlight dishes include the raw Bluefin tuna from Ulladulla, topped with native finger lime and a tiger prawn cocktail, served with Mary Rose sauce and rye bread. You can also enjoy fresh local seafood, in the larger plates designed to share, including the King George Whiting, served with a Spanish romesco and a garlic aioli.
