Folly’s Bar and Bistro is the love-child of besties, and hospitality professionals, Lachy and Sam, who wanted to maintain some of the charm and nostalgia of the site, formerly the much- loved Epoque Belgian Beer Cafe.
Guests can enjoy a hand-crafted cocktail, or drink, best enjoyed with a delicious bar snack. Or settle into the bistro, where you can enjoy a meal from one to four courses. Kick off your meal with some Ocean Trout Crudo, or Smoked Mozzarella with crème fraîche, fig, persimmon, tarragon oil. Signature mains include the Grilled Spatchcock, with a Nduja crumb, or the 600 Pasture-fed Rib Eye MB2+, bone marrow-koji butter, and lemon cheek. For the vegetarians, don’t go past the
Rigatoni Ala Vodka, cooked with Tilde Vodka, and tossed in a creamy arrabbiata sauce with chilli flakes. Folly’s Bar and Bistro is the kind of restaurant where after just one visit- you’ll be part of the family!
