Today, Golden Century has found a new home, at Crown Sydney in Sydney’s Barangaroo precinct. The trolleys may have gone, but the menu of classic Cantonese dim sum, and a la carte dishes remains. Signature dishes include the silky XO pipis with crispy rice noodles, the salt & pepper squid, and live lobsters- cooked to order!
