Sydney now has a food market to rival Melbourne’s Queen Victoria Market or Adelaide’s Central market. It’s Hay St Market at Paddy’s.
With 48 vendors representing 25 different cuisines, it’s a melting pot of bubbling deliciousness. From pho to homemade pasta, wok-tossed noodles to wood fired pizza, plus a whole range a specialty-providores selling cheese, meat, seafood and much more.
One of the chefs involved in the development is Luke Nguyen, who has several outlets at Hay St Market that celebrate his rich culinary heritage. You can get a fragrant pho from Chu Lap, an overstuffed wagyu brisket roll from Madame Bahn Mi, or deliciously slippery dumplings from Luke Luk.
And if you love Cantonese food, Luke also has Wan Chai Wok, flash frying classic Hong Kong dishes like Seafood Chow Mein.
Dine, shop or do both, but bring your tastebuds when you visit Hay St Markets.
WIN! One of two $150 vouchers to Hay St Market at Paddy’s!
