Skipper Scott, who grew up sailing on the lake, turned his passion into a business, inspired by frequent outings with friends and family. They race their yacht twice a week and craft expeditions based on daily sailing conditions and local knowledge. While the goal is to sail, motor/sail experiences are also available. They offer six experiences: “Watch the Lake Wake,” “Tranquil Sunset Cruise,” “Crew Challenge,” “Marina Luxe,” “Skippered Escapes,” and “The Romantic Indulgence.”
Showtime Kayaking offers a unique night kayak tour where you can see marine life illuminated below through state-of-the-art clear kayaks fitted with lights. Even beginners can enjoy this experience, as the tours are designed for small groups of 12 or fewer, ensuring personal attention from two friendly and trained guides. The best time to explore nature’s underwater theatre is at night, once the boats are docked and the crowds have gone. Eco-certified, they protect the marine ecosystems they showcase. Founded by David and Michelle in February, the business was inspired by successful trial tours with friends.
