There’s nothing like a little downtime in the Sydney sunshine; whether it’s basking at the beach or indulging in a leisurely lunch, and this weekend, Lizzy finds the perfect spot to do both!
St Siandra, at The Spit in Middle Harbour is one of Mosman’s newest waterfront venues. Surrounded by stunning seaside views, luxury yachts, and with its own private beach, this stylish, Mediterranean-inspired restaurant is all about relaxed dining with vacation vibes.
Join Lizzy and head chef Sam McCallum as they start on the sand with bodacious boat-themed cocktails, before heading inside to sample a few of St Siandra’s extraordinary entrees, including a perfect Potato Flatbread and Fermented Green Chilli Tahina, and tantalising Tuna Crudo. The deliciousness continues with mains of Oyster Mushroom Skewers with Fermented Tomato, the house favourite Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder with Broccoli Gremolata, and Scallops a la Rockefeller – Sam’s twist on the New Orleans classic, Oysters Rockefeller.
Lunch at St Siandra wouldn’t be complete without dessert, and Sam’s Grandad-inspired Rocky Road with Pistachio and Caramelised White Chocolate brings this exquisite mini-holiday and dining experience to the sweetest of endings.
