Morrison’s is an iconic, timeless venue in the heart of the CBD. And, after a recent renovation, the restaurant is more fabulous than ever! There’s a stylish new New York style front bar and dining room, with plenty of exposed brick and concrete, and a light and plant-filled conservatory out back.
Famous for their oysters, Morrison’s has a dedicated oyster bar, where you can have your oysters freshly-shucked, before your eyes, and served several different ways. The menu here is produce-driven with stand-out dishes such as the house-cured smoked salmon, with a cucumber buttermilk salad, and steak tartare, with grilled ficelle and organic French radish. For mains, you can’t go past the steamed pink snapper, served with a spiced saffron tomato sauce, and the hand selected Milly Hill lamb Barnsley chop, served with house-made mint sauce.
