Emma Chow is the bubbly co-host of the 2DayFM breakfast radio show Nath & Emma. She’s also the Mum of two small boys who keep her and husband Enzo with their hands full.
One acivity the family likes to do to relax is to go fruit picking, and for Mother’s Day Emma take us through Berrylicious Strawberries in Buxton to get a taste of some ruby red deliciousness.
All you do its book a time, grab a box and get picking. You can eat as much as you like as you go, and you can also pick a box to take home. The strawberries are some of the most juicy and tasty fruit we have ever tasted.
Another of Emma’s favourite spots is just down the road – Picton Botanic Gardens. There’s a fantastic kid’s playground, a ninja warrior course for the adventurous, a duck pond and six kilometre bike path – and plenty more.
Enjoy the rotunda with its divine English cottage garden, check out the Aboriginal kitchen garden or just take a walk through the stunning greenery.
