Love an early morning fitness class? Love being out on Sydney Harbour? Sounds like you need to join an Ozpaddle Fitness session in Rose Bay of Woolloomooloo.

In Rose Bay you can join former ironman and instructor Tommy Woodriff who’s waterside workout will really get you into shape. Starting in Rose Bay, you’ll jump on a kayak with the group and head out into the Harbour.

First stop is Queens Beach, where you’ll jump out for a quick run and some exercise, then it’s back in the boat to repeat the process at Hermit’s Beach. Once the group gets to Milk Beach in Vaucluse, Tommy will take you through some kayak drills, before ending the session with a good long yoga stretch.

You’ve definitely deserved a special treat, and since you’re in Rose Bay, why not hit The Boathouse. The smart casual seafood restaurant is serving up some sensational dishes, with entrees like scallop crudo and lobster cocktail, and mains like the koji-cured salmon and the red royal prawn pasta.
