The Carroll Gap Farmhouse is owned and run by local legend Jan, whose garden is an absolute oasis. Jan runs Australian country cooking classes, where guests get to pick produce from her organic vege garden, and then cook it in her historic farmhouse. The experience ends with a communal lunch around Jan’s table, overlooking Jan’s beautiful garden.
