Rev your engines and spin your wheel! The celebration of cars and fashion of the 50s, ChromeFest, is coming back to the Central Coast this October.
Centred around the fabulous Memorial Park waterfront, the three-day event is a tribute to classic American autos, hot rods and rock and roll.
With more than 450 cars on show, this is your chance to check out some of the spectacular restorations – from Cadillacs, Chevrolets, Dodges and Studebakers. And this year the festival is open to all cars made before 1979, so there’s plenty to see.
If you love fifties fashion, check out the Vintage Glamour Fashion Parade on the Memorial Park stage, or turn up to the NSW Pin Up Pageant grand final.
And lovers of fifties music and dance will have plenty of chances to jump, jive and wail at the many entertainment stages across the site – including The Entrance Social Club, delivering the 50s festival vibes and milkshakes aplenty!
Throw in a bunch of fantastic food trucks and the carnival atmosphere of the ferris wheel and your fifties experience is complete.
