The Tara Distillery is the very first craft distillery in the Shoalhaven region. Husband and wife- Alarna and Ben- mix their award-winning gin, as well as whisky, vodka and limoncello, on-site using traditional copper stills. The gin also features a range of local and native botanicals, most notable the sea lettuce which is foraged by Alarna and Ben, off the rocks at Culburra Beach. Visitors to Tara Distillery can enjoy tours and tastings, and sample the true ‘spirit of the Shoalhaven’.
