For most of us, there’s nothing quite like your mum’s home cooking. And in Sydney’s Rosebery, is a very special mother and daughter who are sharing the secrets to their delicious Lebanese recipes and welcoming everyone into their kitchen!
Sunday Kitchen is the brainchild of dynamic mother- daughter duo- Sivine Tabbouch and Karima Hazim Chatila. A cooking school with a whole lot of heart. Classes include a range of traditional and modern Lebanese spreads and dishes, including fish, lamb and sweets. An ode to the family’s Lebanese heritage, class participants will learn how to make classic dishes including tabouli, baba ganouche, samke harrah, kibbeh Nayyeh and many more tantalising dishes.
At its core, Lebanese cuisine is all about sharing. And at Sunday Kitchen, you’ll share a communal cooking experience, stories from the old country, delicious food and of course plenty of love!
