Bankstown Sports Club

If you have trouble deciding on what you want to eat, let us help by telling you where you should go and eat.

Whether you want Italian, Lebanese, Chinese, German or a burger and a beer, head to the Bankstown Sports Club, where all those options, and many more are under the one roof.

The centrepiece is La Piazza – a little slice of Italy in the middle of Bankstown. Soak up the atmosphere of sitting in an Italian square and enjoy some incredibly authentic dishes while you do it.

Seafood’s a real feature, so go for the lobster and zucchini flower risotto, the Misto alla Griglia, Zuppa di Pesce or the Fritto Veneziano. And if you’re a pizzeria lover, there are heaps of different pizzas to choose from.

You should also check out the brand-new Al Aseel restaurant, a beautifully-designed eatery with food to match.

Kick off with hommos and Fattoush, sample the sublime Kibbe Nayeh or wrap up a Kafte Misweh with garlic sauce in the house bread. And don’t miss the slow-roasted lamb shoulder with potatoes and aniseed bread. It’s the perfect long lunch dish.

While you’re here drop down to the Basement Brewhouse to try one of the ten beers on tap brewed right in the club. Try a tasting paddle for the full experience, and guess what, there’s more food here as well. Burgers, hot dogs, deli sandwiches – the works.

You’ll need to keep coming back to the Bankstown Sports Club to try them all.
