Drawing on his own Filipino heritage, as well as both South-East Asian flavours and native Australian ingredients too, Keno has created a menu rich in multicultural flavours and cultural history.
Go to dishes include house-made flatbread served with whipped feta and mango relish, and the classic Indonesian street food dish Murtabak – a crispy pastry filled with eggplant and spices. For seafood lovers, the grilled QLD tiger prawns, topped with a Thai curry sauce, are beyond moreish and match perfectly with a house-made cocktail, or glass of vino or two!
