We might not be able to travel far from home for now, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of places to visit and support, while in lockdown! This weekend, Sally and her daughter Piper support and hang local. First up, Flood St. Carousel for the daily coffee hit! Sal reckons this is the best coffee in Leichhardt and Piper would agree… for the babycinos. Dan and Cal have been keeping business going all throughout lockdown, serving coffees with a smile. Next up Fion the perfect spot for a touch of cheeky takeaway. Here Sally can get a range of fabulous platters for takeaway… but today – FRESH SUSHI! Lockdown has not kept this Leichhardt local from delivering goods to the community. To walk off the food and get in some fresh air and movement for the day, it’s off to Sydney Park! Go for a walk, run, bike ride or scoot! It’s a great place to get out into the sunshine and safely leave the house when you’re feeling the cabin fever! With expansive grounds and lush scenery, you’ll be sure to find a bit of solitude here… and something new each time you visit!
