Sydney’s Royal Botanic Garden is home to nearly four thousand trees, an outstanding collection of plants, and one of the most exciting South-East Restaurants in Australia!
Recently voted the ‘Best Vietnamese Restaurant in Australia’, Botanic House is in an iconic location, nestled in the gardens, and now one of Sydney’s most iconic chefs and restaurateurs, Luke Nguyen, has taken over the restaurant reins. As well as an exciting new Vietnamese- Australian menu, the restaurant has had a major face-life, with giant glass panels bringing the garden into the newly refurbed and stunning dining room.
Menu highlights include Luke’s famous twice-cooked master stock chicken, Pan fried Humpty Doo barramundi fillets, and an incredible Vietnamese coconut cake.
For those who prefer to dine in the actual gardens, Luke also offers one of Sydney’s best picnic boxes, with a tasty array of some of Botanic House’s most popular dishes, in bite-sized form.
