Three Blue Ducks | Burradoo

From a few mates on a surf trip to a culinary empire stretching from Melbourne to Byron, Three Blue Ducks has always believed good food can be done differently.

Now, their farm-to-table philosophy has found a new home at Burradoo Park Farm in the Southern Highlands.

Set across 600 acres, this working farm is a destination in its own right, bringing together a bakehouse, café, store and restaurant, all centred around quality produce and thoughtful cooking.

The farm supplies much of what ends up on the plate, with a focus on soil health, seasonal growing and using what’s available locally. At the heart of it all is the intimate, two-hatted restaurant, housed in a beautifully restored 200-year-old farmhouse.

The set menu changes with the seasons and what’s growing and grazing on the farm, resulting in inventive dishes that turn humble ingredients into something seriously special. Think Australian white lamb raised just metres from the kitchen, a dish inspired by the farm’s cover crops, and even potatoes transformed into dessert.

For a more casual visit, there’s the farm-fresh café, The Farmhouse, the bakehouse and store, plus a gelato shop putting a very Three Blue Ducks spin on the Italian classic.

Whether you’re dropping in for a coffee and pastry, stocking up on local produce, exploring the farm with the kids or settling in for a seven-course degustation, Burradoo Park Farm is a Southern Highlands destination where good food, great produce and a genuine connection to the land come together.
