Goulburn Brewery | Goulburn

Built in 1836, Goulburn Brewery is Australia’s oldest mainland brewery, with brilliant brews and delicious dishes to match. Recently restored over a two-year period, the newly- opened brewery features heritage character and charm!

The main beer garden and a second outdoor courtyard are perfect spots to enjoy a Wayback beer or two, brewed on-site in the Goulburn sunshine. And if you’re keen to enjoy a hearty country meal, just ‘hop’ on into Maltings Bar, where Head Chef Marian Abeleda puts her own unique spin on some classic pub fare.

Incorporating local produce as well as native Australian ingredients, the menu includes a beer-brined chicken schnitzel served with hazy gravy. As well as slow-cooked lamb and a selection of premium steaks, sourced from local supplier Tathra Place Free Range. Desserts are also inspired by native ingredients, like the delicious hazelnut brownie with wattleseed beer ice cream, as well as a dedicated kid’s menu too.

Old school brewery, great beers and local, native-inspired dishes, it doesn’t get more Goulburn than that!
