For a hands-on experience that the kids will love, head straight to Oakvale Wildlife Park. Sprawling across 25 acres, this place is home to over 100 different species of animals – with more than 250 animals in the park. There are heaps chances to get up close to a variety of animals, including koalas, lemurs, reptiles, wombats, dingos and more! A family owned and operated business for 40 years, they’ll teach the family more about native wildlife and conservation. And what makes this park unique is there are also a number of farm animals here that you can interact with, include baby goats, horses and alpacas.
Fingal Bay Holiday Park is a great place to base to family when exploring Port Stephens.
