There are restaurants, and then there are restaurants that are not only fantastic – they’re revolutionary! And in true Josh Niland style, this trail-blazing chef has found a new home for his signature restaurant Saint Peter at Paddington’s Grand National Hotel.

The Grand National Hotel by Saint Peter is a collab, between the hotel and the restaurant. Diners can enjoy Josh’s world-class cooking in the restaurant, and even in their rooms, when they stay at the hotel! Upon check-in, guests will also receive the ultimate canape – a golden, fermented rice cake topped with yellow-fin tuna and caviar – and it is often delivered to the room by Josh himself! Downstairs, in the main dining room, diners can further explore Josh’s fish mastery, with highlight dishes including a salt and vinegar, line-caught mackerel, served with olive oil, cultured brine, and cultured butter.

From the restaurant to the rooms, and the exquisite canapes, this is a restaurant and hotel experience, like no other!
