The theme for this year’s show is ‘STARS’ – each of the 5,500 performers are stars, and they’ll all have their own moment to shine. The concert will feature a variety of different music and dance styles, with performers coming from all over NSW. Over 370 public schools will be involved, and there will be 50 solo performers hitting the stage. The 2,800-strong choir and 2,300 dancers will be backed by an 80-piece symphony orchestra and an amazing stage band that’ll have you dancing in your seats.
John Foreman will be back this year as compere. He’s been a huge part of the Schools Spectacular for over 30 years. There will also be some awesome pre-show entertainment, with SpecFest returning for another year. Families will be able to enjoy two hours of fun-filled entertainment before the show, with food and beverage stalls and a sports zone located outside the arena.
There will be 4 performances across two days on Friday 22nd of November and Saturday the 23rd of November 2019. Tickets are on sale now through Ticketek.
