In the fickle world of Sydney’s fine dining restaurant scene, there are few that stand the test of time. But Sydney’s Aria, located on Macquarie street and overlooking the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House, is celebrating an astonishing twenty years of operation and service in Sydney’s fine dining scene. Location and stunning harbour views aside, Aria’s ever-changing, seasonal menu is a celebration of local produce, meat and seafood. While the menu has evolved with time, you’re always guaranteed to find a fine soufflé on offer, and a few long-standing dishes like their Peking Duck, plated and served in a most unique style.

As you’d expect, Aria also boasts one of the finest, and most extensive, wine lists in the country with around seventeen hundred wines to choose from!

Another of Sydney’s restaurants, also celebrating an incredible twenty years of operation, is Otto Ristorante. With pride of place, down on Woolloomooloo’s wharf, Otto has maintained a successful recipe of a great location, delicious cuisine, and ambience. Over the past twenty years, Otto has continued to attract high profile people (from celebrities and media stars to politicians), while making every diner feel part of the Otto family. The GM, Graham, and Head Chef Richard have been with the restaurant for over fifteen years respectively, guaranteeing a continuum of great service and food. Stand-out menu items include Otto’s sensational seafood platter, and a range of pasta dishes, using fresh, hand-made pasta, made in-house daily.
