Visit Canberra pt2

Nara, in Japan, is known as Canberra’s ‘sister city’, and in the heart of the nation’s capital, you’ll find a Japanese restaurant that is pure Zen!

Koto Dining is so much more than a restaurant, it’s an experience. From the exquisite rock gardens and pavilion style building, designed by award-winning architects, to the incredible attention to detail, Koto Dining is a next level restaurant.

At the helm of this open kitchen is twice-hatted sushi master- Shinya Nakano- who has honed his skills in Kyoto, across ten years of training. The Omakase Sashimi Sushi Platter is a signature dish, featuring a selection of premium sushi, nigirl and maki rolls. From the robata, the stand-out dish is the Wagyu Scotch Fillet MBS 9+ 250g, accompanied by momiji oroshi ponzu, and seasonal house-made pickles.
