After a surf Rob checks out the water from a different vantage point with the guys at Fish Port Macquarie. He heads out on a deep-sea fishing charter where they’re hoping for bites of snapper, flathead and leatherjackets – anything but The One Who Got Away! After the guys bag Rob’s freshly filleted catch (or supplement it with their own!) they send him off with some recipe cards so he can cook for the masses back at Reflections Bonny Hills. The night ends with tall tales, freshly cooked fish, and a cheers with a glass of the very best local Cassegrain Wines.
